Participation includes activities regarding the following activities of daily living. - Personal care and support of the residents in the activities of daily living - Enter completed work in the care documentation - Accompanying residents to various activities - Carrying out daily household tasks Communication and other tasks: - Ensure a pleasant working atmosphere - Participation in the daily reports - Independent collection and forwarding of company-relevant information - Adhering to the planned work processes, re-scheduling sensibly if necessary - Immediately forward observed changes, problems or messages from residents to the supervisor - Compliance with and implementation of hygiene and safety - Participation in administration, logistics and cooperation ATTENTION: Due to a construction site, the journey may take a little longer.
