As your next career goal, we offer you an exciting activity in the function of Project Manager/Construction Manager Sewer Rehabilitation (m/f/d): Your tasks: Independent planning, organization and execution of projects in the field of sewer rehabilitation; Technical, temporal and economic management of the assigned projects and construction sites; Coordination and monitoring of workflows as well as deployment planning of employees; Support and advice for customers as well as contact person for authorities, engineering and architectural offices; Preparation of offers, calculations, measurements and billing bases; Monitoring of project costs, deadlines, quality and execution; Organization and coordination of material, equipment and external partners; Participation in construction and coordination meetings; Ensuring compliance with occupational safety, quality and environmental regulations; Management of the necessary project and construction site documentation. What you bring with you: Completed vocational training as well as further training as a construction manager, technician or comparable qualification in the civil engineering or sanitary sector; Professional experience in the field of sewer rehabilitation is an advantage; Sound specialist knowledge in civil engineering; Independent, reliable and solution-oriented way of working; Initiative, assertiveness, flexibility and ability to work in a team; Confident and friendly appearance towards customers, authorities as well as engineering and architectural offices; Good user knowledge in MS Office and SORBA; Driving license category B and BE, category C is an advantage; Very good German skills in speaking and writing.
