As a Technical Consultant in Field Service, you will actively contribute to:

• Support and further development of the existing dealer network in commercial and technical aspects
• Increasing our market share with existing sales partners in the Northwest Switzerland region
• Acquisition of new orders through convincing presentations of our entire product range
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty through targeted and intensive support
• Supporting specialist retailers in the areas of POS and assortment design, marketing as well as in the successful acquisition of construction projects

• Completed training in the commercial or industrial sector (e.g., carpenter, metalworker, electronics technician)
• Several years of professional experience in sales
• Commercial further training is an advantage
• Sound knowledge in security and locking technology
