The Business Unit Robotics develops, produces and sells pipetting robots to automate liquid handling processes ranging from the pharmaceutical industry to the food industry and cell or DNA research.

What you can achieve:

As a Project Leader, you will shape the future of our automation solutions. You will take responsibility for extensive LifeCycle projects and implement them successfully according to the product specifications and the backlog. In doing so, you will approach challenges of both a technical nature and in collaboration with various teams proactively and in a solution-oriented manner. Your focus is on complex projects where you maintain an overview, set priorities and ensure smooth processes.

What you bring with you:

• Completed studies in a technical or scientific field
• Several years of experience in project management as well as in leading hybrid project teams within a matrix organization
• Practice in at least one of the following areas: automation technologies, software development or life science applications
• Experience in agile project management
• Good language skills in German and English
• Experience in using Jira is desirable
