Your responsibilities

As part of this function, you will take charge of civil engineering projects in their entirety and support clients as well as various partners throughout their realization. You will ensure compliance with technical, financial, and qualitative objectives.

Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

Manage various projects: outdoor developments, underground networks, collectors, road infrastructure, and hydraulic structures;
Carry out studies and ensure the technical design of projects;
Organize and supervise the different realization phases, up to construction management;
Prepare financial estimates, tender documents, and statements of account;
Coordinate technical aspects with clients, mandatories, companies, and other stakeholders;
Control the compliance and quality of the work carried out on construction sites;
Write the various necessary technical documents: reports, expert opinions, and calculation notes.

Your profile

You hold a Bachelor's or a Master's degree in civil engineering and have proven experience in the study, design, and monitoring of projects in this field.

You possess a good knowledge of construction methods practiced in Switzerland as well as the applicable standards and regulations, notably the SIA, VSS standards and cantonal directives.

You are comfortable with usual IT tools, particularly Excel, and ideally master the Messerli software.

Methodical, autonomous, and organized, you are able to manage your priorities and handle several files simultaneously. Your interpersonal skills allow you to collaborate effectively with interlocutors from different professional environments.

An excellent command of French, both spoken and written, is indispensable.
