Backpack packed, numbers in grip? We are looking for you as a member of our management team – as the head behind finance, personnel, sales back office, and logistics, who thinks along, rolls up their sleeves, and takes us to the next level.

What you do with us

• You lead a small, well-coordinated finance/sales back office/logistics team
• You sit in the management team and actively help shape strategy, investments, and processes
• You have our finances under control: controlling, budgets, liquidity, accounting, and reportings
• You prepare quarterly and annual financial statements and are the contact person for auditing, banks, and authorities
• You build meaningful key figures as well as branch and product group reportings
• You take care of payroll, social insurances, and all operative HR
• You further develop our HR processes and assist with recruitment
• You are responsible for logistics: goods receipt, warehouse, picking, and shipping
• You optimize warehouse and shipping processes and negotiate with forwarding and logistics partners

What you bring with you

• A business administration education with a focus on finance (Finance and Accounting with federal diploma, Business Administrator HF)
• Several years of experience in a similar finance role, ideally in trade or retail
• Solid know-how in finance, controlling, accounting, and Swiss payroll/social insurances
• Experience and enjoyment in operative HR responsibility
• Proficiency in handling ERP/finance systems (MS Dynamics, Power BI) and enjoyment of numbers and tools
• An entrepreneurial hands-on mentality and leadership experience
• Good German; French or English are a plus
