While Senevita locations stand for independent assisted living and comprehensive care, Senevita Casa is the Switzerland-wide leading provider of private Spitex services.   For the Senevita Alterszentrum Gehren in Erlenbach we are looking for as of 1 September 2026 or by arrangement a/an Residential Area Manager 80-100%  # Your task ## • You lead employees professionally and personally and ensure the care processes of your department (21 residents) • You lead by example every day and motivate your team • Based on the care concept, you coordinate and organize the daily care • You ensure the flow of information to the residents, the relatives and the nursing team What you bring with you ## • Training as a Dipl.
