Real estate company in Central Switzerland with its own construction department. Renovation and new construction of residential and commercial projects, from planning to the construction site. The role is the entry into construction management: shadowing experienced construction managers, understanding processes, and gradually taking on responsibility.

Your tasks

• Support construction managers in renovation and new construction, keeping an eye on quality, costs, and deadlines
• Coordinate construction sites with the project team, exchange with contractors and other partners
• Monitor execution, accompany acceptances, maintain documentation
• Realize smaller projects or sub-projects independently with increasing experience
• Contribute ideas and expertise

Your profile

• Technical construction training, goal construction management and building management
• Ideally initial practical construction management experience
• Independent, structured, solution-oriented, ready for more responsibility
• Joy in organizing, maintaining an overview even in demanding situations
• Confident, appreciative communication, teamwork skills
• Workload 80 - 100 %, start immediately or by arrangement
