In this role, you will take overall responsibility for the planning and implementation of such strategic large-scale projects. You will steer these programs across various areas and workstreams, create transparency regarding progress and risks, and ensure successful implementation together with experienced internal and external stakeholders. What awaits you * You lead strategic projects in the life insurance business of Zurich Schweiz and bear overall responsibility for scope, schedule, project governance, budget, quality, and successful implementation. * You develop the implementation roadmap, structure the required workstreams, and manage dependencies, milestones, and resources. * You lead interdisciplinary project teams, coordinate internal as well as external partners, and ensure goal-oriented collaboration across various areas. * You identify operational, financial, and organizational risks at an early stage, develop suitable measures, and create transparency for the relevant decision-making and steering bodies. * You professionally prepare Steering Committees and management decisions, ensure audience-appropriate communication, and ensure the sustainable anchoring of the results.
