Responsable secteur usinage # \- Organize, supervise and develop a team of approximately 10 employees \- Guarantee efficient, qualitative production in compliance with safety requirements \- Machine, program and provide technical support (70 % of the time) \- Supervise, monitor, organize and develop team members (30 % of the time) \- Supervise, support and develop employee skills (coaching, versatility, evaluations, training) \- Ensure the daily organization of the team according to planning priorities \- Monitor individual and collective performance (quality, deadlines, productivity) \- Foster a positive, collaborative and solution-oriented team climate \- Enforce internal rules, safety standards and the 5S charter \- Produce mechanical parts on CNC machines (milling and turning) \- Program parts on CAM software (Mastercam) \- Ensure compliance with deadlines and quality \- Actively participate in the continuous improvement of workshop processes \- CFC in polymechanic (machining option) or a title deemed equivalent: indispensable \- Proven experience in CNC machining: indispensable \- Skills in CAM programming (knowledge of Mastercam software is an advantage) \- Natural leadership, sense of organization and results orientation \- Ability to motivate, structure and evolve a team \- Team management experience: an asset \- Proficiency with computer tools (Windows) Informations complémentaires : \- Type de contrat : Fixe temps plein \- Date d'entrée : Dès que possible \- Taux d'activité : 100% \- Lieu : Neuchâtel, canton de Neuchâtel \- Langue : Français - Excellent niveau
