Personnel Scheduler in Roadway

This is what you can move. • In this exciting position, you lead and are responsible for creating an optimal personnel deployment plan for internal and external personnel for the Roadway specialist service within the Olten perimeter. For this purpose, you participate in the development of the regional production plan as well as in the relevant coordination meetings, exchange platforms, and committees between the different units of the region. • In doing so, you take into account both economic and customer-oriented requirements and ensure that legal specifications are met. You ensure the necessary personnel resources and support other schedulers across departments. • As a personnel scheduler, you communicate in a targeted, timely, and solution-oriented manner with the various stakeholders, including employees, managers, as well as internal and external partners. • You support the team leaders in the areas of time and schedule control as well as cost monitoring and develop corresponding recommendations for action. • You optimize the planning system, create appropriate foundations, and define the framework conditions for standardized processes and products in personnel assignment. • You enjoy taking on additional site-specific tasks.
