Purchasing Clerk M/F

for a long-term temporary mission.

Job Description
--------------------

Your main mission will be to ensure order launches as well as their follow-up with our external partners.

• Take into account the evolution of customer needs and the introduction of new products/processes
• Identify any deviations, measure their impacts, and propose corrective actions
• Manage the interfaces between the different departments and suppliers in order to guarantee delivery objectives
• Guarantee compliance with management processes to ensure the quality and reliability of supplies

Profile sought
-----------------

• Bachelor, Technicien ES or Swiss training deemed equivalent in the field of logistics and/or purchasing
• Necessary experience in Switzerland in procurement / scheduling
• Knowledge of precious materials and watchmaking a real plus
• Mastery of an ERP (SAP)
• Excellent listening skills and ability to propose solutions
• Ease in communication and strong ability to synthesize
• Ability to establish relationships of trust with colleagues from the management team, its customers, and suppliers.
