Senior Mandatsleiter/in Treuhand (60-100 %)

Introduction

For a successful and established fiduciary company in the Aarau region, we are looking for a committed personality as a Senior Mandatsleiter/in Treuhand (60-100 %) as of 1 September 2026 or by arrangement.

Our client supports national as well as international companies from different industries and offers comprehensive services in the areas of fiduciary, auditing and management consulting. A professional environment with diverse mandates and direct customer contact awaits you.

Tasks

• Independent management of a versatile client portfolio
• Management and supervision of client accounting as well as support in cash management
• Preparation and review of interim and annual financial statements
• Advising clients in the areas of closing, taxes and corporate questions
• Preparation of reportings for national and international companies
• Participation in limited audits as well as business valuations
• Support with succession planning and questions regarding personnel and social insurance
• Preparation and examination of tax returns as well as VAT returns
• Close cooperation with the management and internal specialists

Profile

• Completed further training as dipl. Treuhandexperte/in, dipl. Wirtschaftsprüfer/in or Treuhänder/in with eidg. Fachausweis
• Several years of professional experience in the fiduciary industry
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as an independent and structured way of working
• Team player and communicative personality
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
• RAB admission is an advantage
