To reinforce our small team, we are looking for a motivated personality as Clerk Managed Care & Network Administration (40%) Your tasks • Administrative and organizational support for the management and the medical management • Collaboration in the administration of the Managed Care network as well as support in contract and network administration • Timely referral reports as well as data and information exchange with health insurance companies • Support with mailings, printed matter as well as digital communication measures • Organization and support for meetings and events • Maintenance of our website and the intranet • Support and administration of the quality circles for doctors and MPA • General administrative tasks as well as ordering systems What you bring with you • Commercial training or comparable qualification • Professional experience in the administrative field, ideally in healthcare or with a health insurance company • Independent, structured, and reliable way of working • Organizational talent and pleasure in coordinating various tasks simultaneously • Very good German skills in speaking and writing, another cantonal language is a big plus • Confident handling of common MS Office applications • Team spirit, initiative, and a service-oriented personality as well as willingness to occasionally go the extra mile What we offer you • A versatile and varied field of tasks with room for design • A small, dedicated, and uncomplicated team with short decision-making paths • Modern working conditions and contemporary employment conditions • A workplace in the heart of Chur • A meaningful activity in a company that is committed to strong and future-oriented healthcare in Graubünden Interested?
