Job Description
About the role
Mobile is one of our most strategically important areas - it is becoming the way employees access the tools and support they need everywhere, well beyond the office. We are looking for a Product Manager who manages the Mobile business end-to-end: driving adoption among customers, maintaining a complete view of the sales pipeline and proof of value engagements, unblocking deals, ensuring the product is correctly implemented and consistently adopted once in production, and aligning sales, solution consulting, professional services, marketing, and engineering around a single plan.
You will be responsible for the Mobile roadmap in a broad sense - not just the product, but also the adoption strategy, go-to-market priorities, adaptation of pricing and offerings if necessary, as well as the daily relationship with our commercial organization. Once this model is functional for Mobile, you will extend it to other areas, starting with our virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) offering.
A business-focused product manager role
This is not a platform product manager role. It is not about managing a backlog or specifications - your time will be spent with customers, the commercial organization, and in the field, and you will be evaluated on business impact: Mobile adoption and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth. You will not have a sales quota, but you will be responsible for the result. If this type of product management appeals to you, keep reading.
Why this role, and why it is difficult
This role is directly responsible for Mobile adoption and its impact on ARR, with real exposure in the field and with customers, and a clear vision of what a "good" result looks like. If you want to build a business within a scale-up, this is the opportunity.
It is also a truly challenging role. There are no guides yet - this is our first hire of this type. You will be the link between our commercial organization and our product and engineering teams, and you will bring them together around a single plan for Mobile.
What you will do
- Manage the Mobile roadmap and adoption dynamics, then extend it to VDI
- Maintain a 360° view of the pipeline and proof of value (POV) engagements, and know what is blocking each opportunity
- Stay involved after the sale - ensuring Mobile is correctly implemented and consistently adopted by customers, not just sold
- Maintain deep customer intelligence: how customers are actually using the product, what they have deployed, and where their IT strategy is heading
- Integrate into the commercial organization (deals, quarterly business reviews, customer meetings) and become someone salespeople actively want in the room
- Align sales, solution consulting, professional services, marketing, and engineering around a single communicated plan
- Transform field learnings into a prioritized list of blockers and product priorities
- Play a leading role in adapting pricing and offerings when necessary, in collaboration with product marketing and sales
- Be evaluated on Mobile adoption and ARR growth
Qualifications
What we are looking for
- An ARR growth story that you have built and can defend in detail - this is the first thing we will examine
- Product management experience - you have owned a product or product line and its roadmap, not just supported a product
- Hands-on experience within an enterprise sales organization: POV/POC, business cycles, quarterly business reviews
- Comfortable with enterprise IT buyers / end-user computing (EUC) - you know who evaluates and who signs (IT operations, security, workplace teams)
- Technical enough to perform a product demo alone and hold your own against several "how does this actually work?" type questions
- A track record of achievement without waiting to be asked, and of building trust with people who do not report to you
- Strong organization and follow-up (you are the one who ensures that blocker lists and synchronizations take place)
- Credible daily use of AI tools
- More than 5 years of relevant experience, including at least one period of more than 2 years where your impact increased
- Thrives in a fast-paced scale-up environment where priorities change and structure is still being built
- Based in Lausanne or willing to relocate there; able to travel internationally
Assets (not mandatory)
- Experience in a B2B SaaS company
- Degree in hard sciences (informatiq
