Specialist in Facility Management EFZ at Schulhaus Loogarten, 50 %

For Schulhaus Loogarten, we are looking for a reliable, committed and responsible personality as a Specialist in Facility Management EFZ, starting immediately or by arrangement, but no later than 1 January 2027.

Working hours are from Monday to Friday from 07.00 and are based on operational requirements.

Tasks ##

• Processing and resolving emergencies, malfunctions and defects in buildings, technical systems, devices, machines, furniture, etc.
• Maintenance and care of machines and devices
• Inventory management: school furniture, cleaning equipment, cleaning chemicals, consumables, etc.
• Disposal of recyclables and waste according to the disposal concept
• Provision of infrastructure for internal and external events
• Support for the Head of Housekeeping and Technology
• Inspection rounds before school operation and after closing
• Maintenance of outdoor areas: removing leaves and littering on hard courts as well as removing littering on green spaces and ensuring winter service
• Ensuring laundry supply
• Carrying out maintenance, intermediate and basic cleanings
• Participation in ensuring building security

Profile ##

• Training as a Specialist in Facility Management EFZ
• Basic knowledge of using PCs and common software applications
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Independent working
• Manual dexterity and experience in maintenance
• Professional action in the event of damage and emergencies
• Knowledge in the field of cleaning systems and their processes
• Professional handling of machines and devices
• Enjoyment of working in a lively environment and dealing with children
• Teamwork and reliability
