For Tertianum Letzipark in the Zürich region, we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, an Employee Activation 80-100% Your tasks • Independent planning, organizing, and implementation of resource-oriented activation and daily life design in group or individual activities in close cooperation with the nursing department • Planning and implementation of excursions and events • Designing and being responsible for the seasonal decoration in the house • Interdisciplinary cooperation with all other areas of the operation • Assistance in creating the annual activity calendar Your profile • Completed training as a specialist in daily life design and activation, a comparable training, or several years of experience in an identical function • Professional experience in long-term care • Organizational talent, flexibility, and sociability • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Joy in diverse challenges • Good German language skills in speaking and writing Why Tertianum?
