The Wydehöfli is an innovative, family-like living and working place for people with support needs, which promotes resources, creates space for development, and wants to take on a pioneering role with reflected standards in both employee leadership and socio-pedagogical topics. We are looking for you to accompany our clients and jointly implement our goals!

Caregiver «Wohnen Plus» (50-80%)

The Wohnen Plus residential community of the Wydehöfli residential home in the heart of Arlesheim offers four people with support needs a home with a lot of self-determination, appreciation, and individual support. Together, we design a vibrant everyday life, promote participation in social life, and create space for personal development.

Your tasks

• Accompaniment and support of residents in everyday life
• Promotion of independence and self-determination
• Support with personal care and household chores
• Design of leisure and community activities
• Reference person work and documentation
• Collaboration with relatives, legal representatives, and specialist agencies
• Active co-design of a family-like and appreciative living culture

What you bring

• Training as a social pedagogue FH/HF or care specialist (FaBe)
• Enjoyment in accompanying people with support needs
• Empathy, sense of responsibility, and humor
• Independent and team-oriented work
• Willingness to work shifts, often short shifts (06:30 - 10:00) (17:00 - 22:00)
