The Wydehöfli is an innovative, family-like living and working place for people with support needs, which promotes resources, creates space for development, and wants to take on a pioneering role with reflected standards in both employee leadership and socio-pedagogical topics. We are looking for you to accompany our clients and jointly implement our goals! Caregiver «Wohnen Plus» (50-80%) The Wohnen Plus residential community of the Wydehöfli residential home in the heart of Arlesheim offers four people with support needs a home with a lot of self-determination, appreciation, and individual support. Together, we design a vibrant everyday life, promote participation in social life, and create space for personal development.
