In order to complete our "Total Enterprise" team for projects in the Fribourg region, we are looking for a: General Contractor Total Enterprise (f/m) 80 to 100% Profile Higher education in construction / CFC in building drafting followed by continuing education in the field or a position deemed equivalent Experience in managing construction sites and coordinating different trades, in Switzerland Ability to work in a team, autonomy, rigor and overview Committed, sense of priorities and very high organizational capacity Mastery of MS Project Mastery of Messerli Gestion would be an asset Ability to write detailed tenders Responsibilities Ensures the smooth running of the project in terms of quality, deadline and cost Elaboration of framework schedules and detailed execution schedules Site monitoring in compliance with working conditions as well as safety standards and rules Leading site meetings and writing site minutes Establishment of regular reporting with the project manager Administrative tasks inherent to the site Benefits You will evolve in an environment favorable to sharing and communication in which you can manage your missions autonomously and efficiently.
