Facade Builder with Construction Management and Organizational Competence

Activity + Planning and control of assembly processes on construction sites including all necessary facilities + Monitoring of compliance with work and construction schedules during the project duration + Ensuring timely provision of materials, components as well as operating and auxiliary means + Control of deadline, cost, quality and quantity parameters + Organization and management of subcontractors on the construction site as well as ensuring occupational safety and health protection • Requirements + Completed vocational training in metal or civil engineering construction + Several years of experience in construction management of facade projects + Technical expertise in facade construction and ideally leadership experience + Excellent organizational skills as well as reliable and solution-oriented work + Secure communication skills towards different conversation partners with fluent German language skills • Offer + Flexible working time arrangement based on an annual working time model with flextime + Possibility for partial home office activities + Diverse further training offers including own campus and support for external training and further education
