For the further development of the Valais hydroelectric portfolio, FMV is looking for an Asset Manager 80-100% ## In this function, you will work in the Asset Management department of the Production division. Your mission Your task is to actively contribute to the implementation of the company's strategic goals and to the further development of FMV's portfolio of hydroelectric power plants and renewable energies. To do this, you will oversee central dossiers such as the exercise of reversion rights, new concessions and expansion projects with a structured, binding and long-term approach. You will lead and coordinate interdisciplinary project teams and ensure effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders, in particular with authorities, municipalities, partner companies and specialized contractors. Your commitment is in line with the strategic objectives of the Canton of Valais and helps to optimize the production potential and regional value creation in the field of renewable energies for the benefit of the Valais community. Your profile • University degree in engineering, energy economics or a comparable field, ideally supplemented by good business management knowledge • Several years of experience in the energy industry in Switzerland, preferably in the field of renewable energies or hydroelectric infrastructure • Proven experience in stakeholder management • In-depth experience in leading multidisciplinary projects and in coordinating mandate holders, ideally in the role of builder • Strong interest in overarching topics such as politics, environment, energy management as well as economic and legal issues • Dynamic and flexible personality with the motivation to work in a constantly changing environment • Ability to work both independently and in interdisciplinary project teams • German or French as a native language with very good knowledge of the other language (level B2-C1) and good English skills Why work with us?
