HR Specialist Tasks In your role as HR Specialist 60-70%, you are the central contact person for HR topics in the areas of nursing and staff. You independently process the administrative personnel processes along the entire employee lifecycle – from recruitment through entry to exit. Furthermore, you support managers and employees in all personnel-related matters. The area of responsibility also includes the following activities: Support and advice for supervisors and employees on all questions regarding employment conditions, social insurance, and labor law Regular HR evaluations, budget and forecast of planned positions, settlement of allowances, writing work certificates and absence management Close cooperation with controlling, the central personnel department of the UZH and various authorities Profile You convince through a confident appearance and with the following qualifications: A commercial basic training including further training as a personnel assistant or HR specialist with FA is mandatory Several years of professional experience in human resources in a comparable position; experience in the labor law of the Canton of Zürich is an advantage Good knowledge in the area of work permits, social insurance and BVG Very good knowledge of MS-Office applications, application knowledge in SAP HCM and Polypoint PEP is an advantage German native language and good English skills in speaking and writing A strong degree of service, precise way of working and high self-organization help you as much as a positive basic attitude High social competence, team-oriented action, flexibility and resilience round off your profile A demanding and varied activity in a very dynamic operation awaits you.
