About the role
Integrated into a dynamic and very cohesive team, you manage construction projects from the feasibility phase to site management. You act as the central pivot between technical, budgetary, and operational coordination aspects.
Tasks
This position combines technical analysis in the study phase and active presence on the ground to supervise the execution of works and coordinate the different trades.
Technically validate and analyze the feasibility of concepts in the initial phase
Prepare, write, and ensure the follow-up of calls for tender
Manage the overall budget and ensure the financial monitoring of projects
Coordinate all internal and external stakeholders
Ensure site management, planning, and progress monitoring
Manage subcontractors and guarantee the quality of the works
Ensure strict compliance with safety rules on construction sites
We are looking for
Initial experience as a project manager or as a site manager with the desire to evolve.
In-depth mastery of SIA standards and Swiss safety regulations
Great organizational rigor and ability to work autonomously
A plus if you possess
Mastery of CadWork or Serli software
Civil engineering degree (HES, EPF or equivalent)
