For our client, a human-sized public administration located in the Chablais valaisan, we are looking for an Accountant at 90–100%. You will join a small financial team and hold a central position, combining accounting, public finance and administrative management, with many exchanges within the structure.
Your tasks at your new employer
You ensure the management of creditors and payments
You manage contributions and ensure the follow-up of litigation
You participate in the preparation of the budget and budget monitoring
You contribute to the closing work
You participate in the management of salaries and insurance
You take charge of various specialized administrative activities
You contribute to the improvement of processes and internal control
You participate in digitalization projects
You collaborate closely with the different services
You offer your new employer
You hold a CFC as a commercial employee or an equivalent training
You have at least 3 years of experience in accounting or finance
You master general accounting and are able to work autonomously
Experience in the public, parapublic or municipal sector is a real asset
Additional training in accounting or finance is a plus
You are comfortable with digital tools; knowledge of a municipal ERP represents an advantage
You perfectly master French
