On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Civil Engineering Team Leader (M/F).

Your future responsibilities:

• You will read plans.
• You know how to manage a team of 5 to 10 people.
• You manage equipment, prepare, monitor, and control construction sites.
• You carry out site reports.
• You ensure the proper execution and quality of the work.
• You have good contact and know how to advise clients on construction sites.
• You will ensure compliance with current safety standards.

Your profile:

• You hold a team leader qualification or a title deemed equivalent, or alternatively, a few years of experience in Switzerland.
• You have confirmed experience in the civil engineering sector.
• You have a good command of the French language.
• You have a vehicle and possess a driver's license (mandatory).
