Your tasks: • Planning / dispatching of parcel freight, partial and full loads in national transport • Care and consulting of transport customers • Leadership and care of drivers • Processing of customer complaints • Checking of drivers' expense accounts • Optimal route planning • Ensuring communication between drivers and customers • Monitoring of the applicable working and rest time ordinance (ARV1) Your required profile: • Very good knowledge of Swiss geography • Several years of experience as a road transport dispatcher • Economic and solution-oriented thinking • Fluent German skills, good French skills • Flexible, resilient and reliable • Good IT skills Willingness for shift work and Saturday - Sunday deployments
