Your tasks – Professional care in a familiar environment

• Individual care and support of clients in their homes
• Support with basic care, mobilization and dressing
• Implementation of medical measures according to medical prescription (e.g. wound care, injections, administration of medication)
• Observation of the health status and recognition of changes
• Advice and instruction of relatives to promote the independence of the clients
• Independent documentation of the nursing services performed

Your profile – Your strengths are in demand

• Completed training as Healthcare Specialist EFZ
• Experience in Spitex or outpatient care is an advantage, but not mandatory
• Independent and responsible working as well as high social competence
• Resilience and flexibility for assignments with changing clients
• Joy in mobile care and in direct contact with people
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Driver's license category B is an advantage
