What defines us: • A modern, future-oriented house with a values-oriented corporate culture • A variety of care and support concepts, including dementia care, validation, basal stimulation, palliative care, and kinesthetics • The opportunity to contribute creative ideas and actively participate in the further development of our house • An appreciative and supportive team that grows together Deputy Group Leader Residential Group 80-100% Your tasks: • Maintaining regular exchange with residents, their relatives, employees, and external contact persons • Deputy personnel management, including organization of the team in close cooperation with the group leader • Instruction and support of employees regarding nursing, care, and professional questions; promotion and expansion of employees' specialist knowledge • Ensuring and optimizing nursing quality and processes • Participation in projects • Process responsibility for goal-oriented planning and implementation of comprehensive nursing and care in complex situations according to the nursing process • Planning and implementation of doctor visits What you bring: • Completed training as a Dipl.
