Das Zentrum für Sozial- und Heilpädagogik Landorf Köniz -- Schlössli Kehrsatz (ZSHKK) is a socio-pedagogical and school service organization. Our offer is aimed at children, adolescents, young adults and families. On behalf of the Kantonalen Jugendamtes (KJA) and the Amtes für Kindergarten Volksschule und Beratung (AKVB), we undertake, in close cooperation with parents, the socio-pedagogical care and schooling of children, adolescents and young adults with special educational needs.

Your tasks

As a kitchen assistant or cook, you create new taste experiences daily and surprise your guests with creative dishes.
You will learn how delicious meals are created from high-quality food, and you can let your creativity run free. The planning and organization of your daily work routine is also part of it. You will learn to professionally receive freshly delivered food and carefully check its quality.

Another important component of your training is hygiene regulations, microbiological basics and food safety. This is how you develop the knowledge and skills to create culinary experiences with care, responsibility and passion.

Your profile

Joy in the preparation of delicious dishes, enthusiasm for cooking and a strong sense of good food form the basis for this training. Reliability, motivation and a careful way of working are just as important as creativity and willingness to learn.

A friendly, confident appearance as well as the ability to work in a team round off the profile. Creating culinary experiences together with others and providing guests with enjoyable moments daily is the central focus.
