In the civil registry offices, we accompany people in beautiful and difficult life situations. Births, weddings, recognitions of paternity, deaths, marriage preparations, name declarations are just a few of the versatile tasks as a civil registrar.

Your tasks

• Frequent customer contact alternates with demanding administrative processing
• Correct certification of events along the life cycle from birth to death
• Conducting weddings
• Serving and advising customers at the counter as well as capturing biometric data for ID/passport/identity cards

Your profile

• Completed commercial or equivalent training
• Federal Diploma as a civil registrar
• Experience in examining legal matters and enjoyment of international circumstances
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Enjoyment of dealing with people
• Stylistic confidence in German as well as knowledge in French
