Mandate Manager - Yverdon - CDI

We are recruiting on behalf of a human-sized regional fiduciary based in Yverdon-les-Bains, a Mandate Manager / Auditor-accountant at 80-100%.

You will join a human-sized structure supporting a diversified clientele of SMEs, independent professionals, and individuals.

Your missions:

• Autonomous management of a portfolio of Swiss clients
• Bookkeeping up to annual closings
• Preparation of tax returns for individuals and legal entities
• Advising clients on accounting, tax, and HR issues
• Payroll and social insurance management
• Carrying out audit mandates alone or in a team
• Participation in audit files in collaboration with the Director
• Direct contact with clients and regular follow-up of mandates
• Progressive takeover of a portfolio with supervision from the Director on files requiring support

Your profile:

• Confirmed experience in a fiduciary in French-speaking Switzerland
• Ability to manage a client portfolio autonomously
• Good mastery of accounting, closings, VAT, and individual/corporate taxation
• Experience in auditing is a real asset
• Good knowledge of payroll and HR is appreciated
• CFC as a commercial employee, Federal Diploma of fiduciary agent, specialist in finance and accounting, or equivalent title
• Autonomy, rigor, sense of responsibility, and excellent client relations
