Grolley | 80-100% (job sharing possible) The contribution you can make <br /> • Provide advice to the head of the center and management on all aspects related to operational readiness, as well as in the event of mobilization (member of the executive committee) • Develop principles related to basic and operational readiness, as well as direct the related controlling • Continuously develop new concepts, implement them, evaluate the state of preparations, operational readiness and crisis management • Design, coordinate, implement and evaluate training courses in the areas of availability and mobilization at the Grolley Army Logistics Center • Ensure the overall image of the Grolley Army Logistics Center, both in ordinary and extraordinary situations, in collaboration with the regions and logistics operations • Develop, implement and lead Business Continuity Management <br /> What distinguishes you <br /> • University degree (master/bachelor) and management training with several years of professional experience related to the function; in-depth knowledge in the field of logistics as well as in the area of readiness and mobilization • Officer training (m/f) at the corps/troop level; excellent knowledge of the military context and mastery of command processes • Ability to synthesize and strategic and economic analysis associated with ability to act, persuasive power, stress resistance, strong negotiation and organizational skills, high social and leadership skills • Skills in the digital work world 4.0 and openness to change; strong sensitivity to security and in-depth knowledge in the field of data security • Proven skills in training and project management • Excellent knowledge of two official languages (B2), excellent knowledge of English (B2) and passive knowledge of a third official language (B1) <br /> In summary We are looking for a Head of Readiness for the Grolley Army Logistics Center.
