For our customer in Thayngen, we are looking for: Description ### For our customer, based in Thayngen, we are looking for a Polymechanic (m/f) starting immediately. The position is a direct permanent employment with our customer. The support and placement as well as all our other services are free of charge for you as an applicant. Your activities ### Independent setup, programming and operation of 3- and 5-axis grinding machines Work on modern CNC machines, preferably with FANUC control Independent creation of programs on various machine controls Quality assurance in production via worker self-inspection according to specifications Independent tool change at intervals Independently carry out program adjustments in case of changes Machine maintenance and cleaning according to the maintenance plan and on instruction Adjust tools and, if necessary, report new tools to purchasing with foresight for ordering or provide them to contract grinders for reworking Storage and maintenance of programs in the file system (date, version, machine, tools, etc.) Ensuring transparent CNC program management Participation in projects and assumption of further tasks upon instruction Support in other production areas if required Your profile ### Completed training as Polymechaniker/in EFZ Some years of professional experience in the field of CNC machining Independent operation and programming of grinding machines Independent, reliable and precise way of working Technical understanding and enjoyment of exact work Experience in reading technical drawings Order and cleanliness in the area Clean and transparent tool organization Teamwork skills and willingness to take on responsibility Flexibility and commitment in a dynamic environment Willingness to work shifts (3-shift operation) and flexibility in everyday work Knowledge ### Very good German skills in speaking and writing Languages ### German
