Recruitment Specialist in Lausanne Your tasks as a recruitment consultant: You conduct interviews with candidates, organize and coordinate interviews with clients You manage your mandates autonomously, relying on clear weekly activity objectives and a pre-established structure You attract new talent by writing advertisements published on several platforms You prepare candidates for interviews through personalized coaching You ensure telephone reference checks with former employers As a specialist, you present a targeted selection of candidates and accompany your clients in choosing the ideal profile You are in regular contact with your clients to discuss their staffing needs and present relevant candidates What you bring: You are an ambitious person and capable of easily establishing contact with others You are easy to talk to and enjoy teamwork You have completed at least one long internship or have at least one first professional experience in Switzerland You speak French fluently. Good knowledge of German is an asset.
