Job Description
Support, maintenance and continuous further development of complex network infrastructures
Construction, configuration and operation of modern firewall systems as part of your activity as a Network & Security Engineer
Planning, design and implementation of WLAN and LAN networks
Analysis and rectification of network faults (troubleshooting)
Independent incident and change management in the network environment
Technical management and coordination of virtual project teams in network projects
Development and implementation of automation solutions to optimize operational processes
Technical support for our sales teams in the pre-sales process
Qualifications
Degree (FH/ETH/TS) in computer science, telecommunications or equivalent experience
Experience with an IT service provider is an advantage
Sound specialist knowledge in the areas of perimeter security, routing & switching, VPN, TCP/IP, WLAN
Training or certifications from Cisco & Fortinet. Optionally others such as HPE or Alcatel Lucent
Development experience is an advantage
Your German is stylistically confident, and you write and speak English
