At the Schaffhausen location, you will support our team in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of process improvements. You will actively participate in projects, accompany optimization projects, and gradually take on your own areas of responsibility - from analysis to implementation. Your main tasks Analysis, optimization, and standardization of production and business processes Participation in Lean, KVP, and digitalization projects Leadership and moderation of workshops as well as supervision of smaller optimization projects Development and further development of applications and dashboards with Microsoft Power Apps and Power BI Analysis of production key figures as well as creation of KPI evaluations for process improvement Support in the introduction, rollout, and sustainable support of new processes and digital solutions Cross-departmental support of specialist departments in continuous improvement measures and process optimizations Your profile Student in the field of industrial engineering, business informatics, mechanical engineering, business administration, or a similar field Independent, goal-oriented way of working as well as interest in taking on responsibility Hands-on mentality Confident handling of MS-Office Ideally practical experience, e.g., through holiday jobs, internships, etc. Confident German and English skills in speaking and writing Programming skills (, Power Automate, VBA) optionally existing experience with SAP Contact person: Kristina PericTeamlead HR E-mail write (<>) Please submit your application via the "Apply" button.
