Project Manager - Productivity & Artificial Intelligence - 60% (M/F)

Introduction ## For our Purchasing, Support & Infrastructures Division, we are looking for a Project Manager (M/F) at 60%, whose main mission will be to create, maintain and sustain solutions to generate productivity gains in the "Performance & Progress" Line, by exploiting, promoting and popularizing Generative Artificial Intelligence and automation tools. *Responsibilities* ## Animation • Identify productivity opportunities and lead discussions to identify use cases and related tools • Propose, quantify and generate significant productivity gains for the benefit of different activities • Lead the IA community of the Division • Raise awareness of prompt engineering and support the approaches • Identify and lead Microsoft Copilot use cases that can generate administrative and managerial gains • Participate and be a driving force in IA initiatives led by the different services of the line Technical • Deploy solutions for using our Artificial Intelligence tools • Exploit, popularize and promote internal GenAI models • Administer and deploy the Prompt library of the line • Identify suitable RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools • Design, test and deploy Microsoft Copilot prompts and uses *Profile* ## • Student at HEPIA in the ISC - Computer Science and Communication Systems stream or HEG in the IG - Management Computing stream • Good analytical and synthesis skills • Relational ease, team spirit, easy communication • Autonomous, flexible, rigorous and organized person • Notions of project management, a plus Conclusion ## We offer a stimulating environment, excellent working conditions and first-rate social benefits.
