Your contribution

• Responsible for the planning of the deployment of the professional organization and the militia component for military deployments, exercises and military tests
• Direct the analysis of threats and impacts for cyber and electromagnetic self-protection
• Responsible for monitoring the CESA situation and partial situational frameworks in the military field
• Promote the further development and intersectoral implementation of cyber and electromagnetic self-protection deployment concepts
• Direct the management of affairs and reports on the situation of the CESA sector

What distinguishes you

• University degree or from a university of applied sciences in information security/computer science or management informatician with a federal diploma
• Several years of experience in staff management and in the management of highly qualified personnel in a heterogeneous, accredited and agile environment
• Staff officer at the Large Unit level or commander at the troop corps level; preferably with general staff training
• Excellent ability to reason analytically, conceptually and interdisciplinarily as well as high capacity for cooperation
• Good active knowledge in at least one second official language, passive knowledge in a third official language and knowledge of English

Become part of the Cyber Command and actively contribute to cyber and electromagnetic security as well as the CESA defense of the Swiss Army. As head of CESA Operations, you will be responsible for threat analysis, for action planning/situation monitoring of cyber and electromagnetic self-protection as well as for the management of affairs in the CESA sector.
