Team Leadership Transport Means & Containers (w/m/d) These tasks excite you Inventory management: Ensuring the permanent availability of all transport means (e.g. pallets, lids and frames) for daily transport and production operations. Account and logistics controlling: Monitoring and reconciling container accounts with customers and transport partners. Carrying out regular balance reconciliations. Quality management: Automatic Europe pallet check with fully automated pallet checking machine at the Nebikon site (damage, wear). Team leadership: Technical and personnel leadership of directly assigned employees (team of 5 people in the pallet checking machine and administration area). Shift planning: Creating shift and deployment plans for optimal coverage of operating hours. Employee development: Conducting qualification interviews, introducing new employees and promoting further training measures. Process development: Continuous optimization of internal and external transport means and container cycles (e.g. reduction of shrinkage, optimization of transport routes for empty containers). Digitalization: Maintenance and further development of systems for container tracking Occupational safety (ASA): Enforcing and complying with occupational safety and health protection guidelines. Cleanliness & order: Ensuring order and cleanliness We look forward to this profile Basic training: Completed vocational training in the field of logistics or disposition Further training: Further training in the field of logistics or management is highly advantageous Professional experience: Several years of experience in operational logistics, disposition or load carrier/container management. First proven management experience (e.g. as group leader, shift leader or deputy) System and IT knowledge: In-depth knowledge of ERP and warehouse management systems (TMS Pracar) Process and numerical understanding: Ability to analytically grasp container cycles, check inventory differences and reconcile accounts cleanly. Leadership competence & assertiveness: Ability to motivate a team, clearly delegate tasks and consistently enforce compliance with processes and safety regulations. Organizational and communication talent: Since the position is a hub between drivers, customers, disposition and warehouse, a sovereign appearance and clear communication are crucial.
