The ESB Stiftung Baselland is a regionally significant social enterprise and offers people with support needs attractive training and job opportunities as well as various forms of living and services. The ESB provides its services at 23 locations, 22 of which are in the canton of Basel-Landschaft, one in the canton of Basel-Stadt. All activities pursue the goal of promoting the self-determined life of people with support needs. To complement our team in Laufen, we are looking for a responsible and committed Specialist in Care or Agogics 60% - 80% per or after agreement. The Assisted Daily Activities (Betreute Tagesgestaltung) enable people with support needs to participate in simple work processes as well as integration into manageable social structures - at a total of five locations. At the Laufen location, we accompany people with multiple disabilities and design an individual, needs-oriented daily structure that is oriented towards their personal abilities, interests, and needs. Self-determination, social participation, and lived inclusion are at the center. Our offering is enriched by a secondhand shop with an integrated bistro as well as an art area. In these versatile areas, people with support needs can contribute their skills and interests, try new things, and further develop their independence. At the same time, valuable encounters, shared experiences, and opportunities to actively participate in social life arise.
