Detention Agents (M/F) at 80-100% (two positions)

Mission: As part of your duties, you monitor and supervise detained persons. You provide them with the necessary assistance and actively participate in their accompaniment with a view to their resocialization. You ensure compliance with regulations, contribute to the proper functioning of the establishment, and ensure the safety of people and places. Profile: You have a federal certificate as a detention agent, or hold a CFC and commit to acquiring the federal certificate as a detention agent. Basic training takes place during employment at the Swiss Competence Centre for the Execution of Penal Sanctions in Fribourg. You have a keen sense of human relationships and demonstrate rigour, calmness, and tolerance. You possess good oral communication skills and are able to assume irregular schedules, night work, as well as team work. You are able to manage difficult psychosocial situations. You master computer tools and hold a driving licence. Knowledge of a second language is an asset. You are in good physical condition.
