A preferred partner of clients and architects, it intervenes throughout the entire life cycle of projects, mainly on large-scale achievements in the public and parapublic sectors, combining technical requirements, architectural quality, and sustainable impact. As part of the development of its Fribourg office, it wishes today to strengthen its team and mandates us for the recruitment of its future Construction Manager ## Iconic construction projects ### You occupy a central role in the realization of construction projects. As a true guarantor of their proper execution, you coordinate companies, consultants, and various partners in order to ensure compliance with costs, deadlines, and quality requirements. Within an experienced team, you manage large-scale projects in an environment that favors collaboration, proximity to the field, and technical excellence. Main responsibilities ### • Intervene from the general estimate and tendering phases in order to prepare the optimal conditions for project execution. • Develop and manage execution schedules, organize phasing, site installations, and guarantee compliance with deadlines. • Ensure construction management by coordinating all companies, consultants, and partners involved on the site. • Supervise tendering procedures, participate in adjudications, and ensure the follow-up of company contracts, particularly within the framework of public markets. • Guarantee cost control, control supplementary offers, installments, and invoices, while ensuring budget compliance. • Be the guarantor of the quality of execution of the works, in close collaboration with architects, specialized consultants, and companies. • Ensure a regular presence on construction sites, anticipate difficulties, propose pragmatic solutions, and ensure the smooth progress of the works. • Maintain a relationship of trust with clients, architects, consultants, and companies throughout the realization of the projects. • Collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure smooth execution in accordance with the set objectives. • Contribute actively to the success of complex construction projects by guaranteeing compliance with costs, deadlines, and the expected level of quality. Your profile ### Benefiting from training in the field of construction (architect, engineer, ES technician or training deemed equivalent), you possess solid technical and constructive knowledge. • You have proven experience in construction management in Switzerland, ideally on complex and large-scale projects, particularly in the public or parapublic sectors. • You master TCE (All Trades) construction management and are comfortable managing costs, deadlines, quality, as well as the coordination of companies and consultants. • Comfortable with IT tools, you use MS Project, Excel and ideally Messerli. • Reliable, committed, and willing, you demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and like to be present on the field to advance projects. • Possessing excellent interpersonal skills, you know how to establish a climate of trust with clients, architects, consultants, and companies. • You possess natural authority and know how to ensure decisions are respected with tact, diplomacy, and pragmatism. • Structured, rigorous, and comfortable with numbers, you appreciate demanding environments where anticipation, organization, and reactivity are essential. • Driven by ambitious projects, you wish to contribute to the realization of iconic works by guaranteeing impeccable execution. • You are perfectly comfortable in French. Good knowledge of German constitutes a real asset.
