Work with us on the digital future of the Canton of Bern's justice system and make an important contribution to the subproject «eJustizakte», so that paper files can be replaced by electronic files and the entire legal traffic can be handled completely digitally in the future. At the same time, you will ensure a smooth, economical operation of all specialist applications for the courts and public prosecutor's offices of the Canton of Bern together with the team. Your tasks • Participation in strategically important projects, in particular in the introduction of the Justice File Application (JAA) as part of «jusBEdigital» or the Tribuna migration (specialist application for case processing and business control) • Analysis of complex business processes and requirement collection in direct exchange with users • Independent creation of conceptual documents and/or participation in their development • Taking over technical project responsibility, leading working groups or coordinating pilot introductions • Ensuring smooth, economical and high-quality operation as well as second-level support for the assigned specialist applications • Coordination between departments, service providers, suppliers and other stakeholders Your profile • Solid education in the field of computer science (HF/FH), for example business informatics or business analysis • Several years of experience in application management or a comparable ICT function as well as interest in digitization projects • Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration, participation in shaping changes and experience in agile ICT projects • Knowledge of the cantonal environment and practical experience with the applicable ICT processes are an advantage • Exact, efficient and independent working method and enjoyment of analyzing and designing business processes • Balanced, customer-oriented personality with the ability to coordinate and advise different stakeholder groups • Stylistically correct German language skills in word and writing (level C1) as well as French language skills (level B1) We offer you • Participation in significant digitization and transformation projects of the Bernese justice system • Exciting combination of project work, consulting and operational application management • Collegial working environment • Flexible working hours and possibility of home office • Fair compensation • Your workplace is located a short walk from Bern train station, near the botanical garden and the Aare The staff unit for resources of the justice administration management is mainly active in the areas of personnel, finance and computer science. It supports the justice administration management in strategic questions and ensures the connection to the cantonal administration. In addition, it is responsible for technical coordination in the aforementioned areas for the court authorities and the public prosecutor's office (justice). The staff unit for resources also includes the coordination office for the criminal record (KOST) and the fine collection office. The IT department ensures a smooth IT operation as well as strategic orientation for justice in cooperation with the Office for Informatics and Organization of the Canton of Bern (KAIO) and other service providers. It advises and supports the units of justice and represents them in cantonal and intercantonal bodies.
