At the Lucerne Criminal Court, you can expect challenging cases, independent work, and in-depth insights into judicial practice. As a replacement during maternity leaves, two positions with a negotiable workload of 60% - 100% are to be filled from September 2026 to the end of April 2027, with the possible prospect of a subsequent unlimited part-time employment. Your tasks • You justify judgments and decisions independently and thus make a significant contribution to the jurisdiction of the Criminal Court. • You keep a record of court hearings and ensure precise and verifiable documentation of the proceedings. • You participate in judgment deliberations with an advisory vote and bring your legal assessment into the decision-making process. • Clarifying complex and fundamental legal issues is also part of your area of responsibility, as is the preparation of well-founded decision-making bases. • Furthermore, you support the judges in preparing reports and the trial management in organizing and conducting hearings. Your profile • A completed law degree (MLaw or Dr. iur.) and a lawyer's patent form the basis of your qualification. • A pronounced interest in criminal law and the willingness to deal in-depth with complex legal issues characterize you. • You quickly grasp complex facts, analyze them in a structured way, and prepare your findings in a clear and target-group-specific manner. • High performance willingness, resilience, and persistence enable you to drive even demanding procedures forward in a targeted and reliable manner. • Your profile is rounded off by an efficient and precise working method, stylistically correct German, and pronounced team skills and loyalty.
