Your tasks
Administrative and organizational support in daily business
Support of the management as well as the sales and logistics departments
Creation and processing of offers, invoices, and delivery notes
Collaboration in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payment transactions
Maintenance of customer, supplier, and article data in the ERP system
Creation of evaluations as well as collaboration during inventories
Telephone, reception, and correspondence services including filing management

Your profile
Kaufmann/Kauffrau EFZ is required
Flair for numbers and interest in accounting
Very good MS Office skills
Exact, structured, and independent way of working
Reliable, discreet, and team-oriented personality
Very good German skills
French skills are an advantage
