Team Leader Maintenance Your tasks Responsibility for building maintenance as well as care of the technical infrastructure: compressed air, water, heating, ventilation, media supply Coordination of external tradespeople and suppliers Organization of repairs and maintenance work Planning and execution of preventive maintenance Documentation of maintenance and technical inspections Support during technical conversions and improvements Ensuring order and safety in the technical area Leadership of a small maintenance team Resource planning of employees Support of the Head of Technology in day-to-day business Participation in the further development of technical standards Your profile Further training as a maintenance specialist Technical caretaker with federal diploma (eidg.
