What awaits you Reception and assistance of clients, suppliers, guests and visitors Ensuring the proper operation of the telephone switchboard Management of conference room reservations Ensuring the setup and service in the conference rooms Management of the reception mailbox Control of the cafeterias in the employee spaces Maintenance of premises standards (general condition and cleanliness) Management of mail, DHL and other carriers Assistance during events (ordering meals, drinks, assistance with service if necessary) Management of the storeroom (office supplies and material stock) Processing of various administrative tasks What you bring From a diploma-based training in the field of hospitality Proven experience in a similar reception position in an international environment/luxury industry (minimum 3 years) - strongly desired Mastery of spoken and written French (minimum C1 level) Mastery of spoken and written English (minimum C1 level) Very good skills in the use of usual IT tools (MS Office) Strong service orientation Excellent organizational skills Team spirit, versatility Ease in contacts, friendliness Excellent presentation Discretion Ready for us?
