Accountant - auxiliary (80% to 100%)
The Accounting Unit of the Direction Enfance, jeunesse et quartiers is responsible for ensuring the accounting services of the directorate. Its missions are to ensure the processing of accounting operations related to the operating budget, the investment plan, additional credits and subsidies. The unit also takes charge of the salaries and variable pay elements of the directorate's personnel (approximately 3'000 employees).

Main mission(s)
Process supplier and debtor invoices
Participate in the proper maintenance of the general accounting
Provide support for the preparation of closings
Inform internal and external users about accounting operations
Collaborate in the administrative management of the Directorate's accounting
Profile
CFC as a commercial employee or equivalent training
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the accounting field, ideally in a public administration
Dynamic personality with a sense of organization and teamwork
Autonomy, rigor and precision
Proficiency in MS Office tools
Knowledge of Abacus, an asset
Special conditions
Clean criminal record
Clean extract from the debt collection register
