The building administration Suhr is responsible for the permit system, environmental protection, the organization of structural and civil engineering works, public properties, the building office, the swimming pool, and the facility services. The municipality is the owner of numerous facilities and establishments.

Your tasks:

• You lead the building permit department independently, with the support of one employee
• Advising clients, architects, and architects
• Participation in commissions
• Administrative work
• You are the professionally competent contact person for residents, authorities, and business partners

Your requirements:

• You have a basic technical construction training, ideally supplemented by advanced training and leadership experience
• You bring several years of experience in a municipal building administration
• You are well-versed in construction law
• You possess the DAS Bauverwaltung of the FHNW or are willing to complete this further education
• You enjoy working independently, reliably, and carefully
• You have good oral and written expression
