Specialist in Care - Temporary (50-80%)

We are a non-profit foundation with a wide range of residential services and daily structures for people with disabilities. For the intensive residential area, we are looking for the next 3 months (with the option of extension or permanent employment) to strengthen our team, effective immediately a Specialist in Care - Temporary (50-80%) On the intensive residential group live people who, due to their impairment, are dependent on individually adapted support and accompaniment in their everyday life. Everyday life is oriented towards the respective needs of the residents with the goal of the highest possible quality of life. This versatile, exciting and demanding care task requires a high degree of social competence and teamwork skills. Your area of responsibility: • Care and accompaniment of people with cognitive impairment and challenging behaviors • Individual accompaniment, care, assistance and nursing of the residents in their • living environment and support in participation in social life, taking into account • their daily condition • Participation in agogic process design • Documentation of care processes What distinguishes you: • Ideally, you have a degree as a Specialist in Healthcare, Specialist in Care or in Social Pedagogy. • Career changers with appropriate professional experience in accompaniment, care or nursing are also very welcome. • You appreciate working in individual settings or small groups. You consider consultations and coordination within the team to be an important and binding basis for your work. • Flexible, situation-dependent reacting does not easily unsettle you. Discussing situations afterwards is part of your professional self-image. • Your attitude towards people with cognitive and mental impairments is characterized by appreciation and openness. Your interest in getting to the bottom of the functions of behaviors shapes your work.
